The Idea
The Soda Cream concept is born.
OUR STORY
A strange idea. Two brothers. One very fizzy adventure.
Fizwip didn't begin in a boardroom.
It started with two brothers with roots in Heber City, a wonderfully strange idea, and a dessert unlike anything they had tried before.
That idea would eventually take them all the way to the Santa Monica Pier, introduce Soda Cream to visitors from around the world, and finally bring Fizwip right back to where their story began.
Heber City, Utah.
Welcome to Fizwip.

2024 — THE IDEA
Late one night in 2024, the idea for Soda Cream was born.
Imagine taking the fizz, flavor, and personality of your favorite soda and transforming it into a rich, creamy frozen treat.
According to Fizwip lore, the breakthrough may or may not have involved an interplanetary creature with an unusual talent for whipping soda flavors directly into creamy desserts.
We cannot confirm every detail.
We can confirm that Soda Cream was worth sharing.
SUMMER 2025
In early summer 2025, the brothers took their new creation to one of California's most recognizable destinations:
Pacific Park on the Santa Monica Pier.
Their pitch was unconventional.
There may have been synchronized cartwheels.
There was reportedly some beatboxing.
“It's like eating your favorite soda, with Yoda.”
Against all odds, it worked.
Pacific Park saw something special in the concept and gave the brothers an opportunity to introduce Soda Cream to guests visiting the famous Santa Monica Pier.
PACIFIC PARK
Pacific Park turned out to be the perfect first home for Fizwip.
Basically, our kind of place.
Visitors from across the country and around the world began stopping by to experience Fizwip and try the original Soda Cream.
What started as a crazy idea suddenly had fans.
But while Fizwip's story had taken the brothers all the way to the California coast, there was another place that kept calling them back.
Home.
LATE 2025
The brothers grew up with roots in Heber City and the Heber Valley, and bringing Fizwip back home always felt like the next chapter of the story.
In late 2025, the brothers joined forces with a longtime friend from the Valley and purchased the beloved former OG Cafe property.
Then the renovations began.
The goal wasn't simply to open another dessert shop.
They wanted to create a place where people could come together.
A place that felt familiar and completely different at the same time.
A place for first dates, family nights, post-game celebrations, summer evenings, spontaneous dessert runs, and those random moments that somehow become favorite memories.
FIZWIP HEBER CITY
Our Heber City location brings everything we love about Fizwip home to Main Street.
You'll find the original Soda Cream that started the whole adventure, along with an ever-growing collection of shakes, drinks, churros, novelty snacks, desserts, and creations that might be difficult to explain until you try them.
But Fizwip has never been only about what is in the cup.
It's about the experience around it.
That's Fizwip.
MORE THAN DESSERT
The place you visited every summer.
The place your kids kept asking to go back to.
The place where someone tried Soda Cream for the first time and immediately made everyone else at the table taste it.
The place you stopped because you were curious and stayed because you were having too much fun.
We're building Fizwip around nostalgia, imagination, community, and wonder.
Because the best dessert shops shouldn't just serve something good.
They should make you feel something too.
FEATURED IN THE HEBER HERALD
Our journey from the Santa Monica Pier back home to Heber City was featured in The Heber Herald, serving Wasatch County since 1908.
The story captured everything from Fizwip's Soda Cream beginnings at Pacific Park to our decision to bring the concept home to Heber.
And yes.
It also included some completely unverified allegations about a certain 1970s-inspired funk band.
View the Heber Herald FeatureUNCONFIRMED REPORTS
We have heard the rumors.
According to certain highly reputable local journalistic sources, the Fizwip brothers may have formed a 1970s-inspired funk band known as The Fizwippers.
Witnesses have reportedly observed questionable quantities of fringe, sequins, and leopard print.
High-energy performances may also have occurred.
Neither brother has confirmed nor denied these allegations.
We suggest remaining vigilant.

Fizwip has already traveled from a late-night idea to the Santa Monica Pier and back home to Main Street in Heber City.
But we're much more interested in what happens next.
Because the next part of the story isn't really about us.
It's about the people who walk through our doors.
The people who stop by for dessert and leave with a story.
And hopefully, Fizwip becomes one small part of your Heber City memories too.
